The Senate unanimously passed the legislation Thursday. It also bans those convicted on child pornography charges from viewing any pornography while on probation or community supervision.

Under the new definition, child pornography would also include images that are altered to depict actual children’s faces or heads on sexual explicit images of adults’ bodies.
